Pinksen lost 14-5 to Justine Comeau (Fredericton, NB). Pinksen lost 15-5 to Abby Ackland (Winnipeg, MB) where Pinksen responded with a 7-3 win over Zoey Walsh (Hay River, NT). Pinksen went on to lose 10-5 against Brooke Godsland (St. John's, NL). Pinksen lost 6-5 to Katie Fullerton (Cornwall, PEI) where Pinksen responded with a 11-3 win over Alyssa Meger (Whitehorse, YK) in their final qualifying round match.
 
Pinksen earned 0.733 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins.
