Morissette finished 7-2 in the 14-team qualifying round. . . Morissette won 7-4 against Jean-Sebastien Roy (Thurso, QC), then won 6-5 against Steven Munroe (Quebec, QC) and 11-7 against Michael Fournier (Montreal, QC) in their final qualifying round match.

With their runner-up finish at the Quebec WFG Tankard, Morissette take home 12.552 world rankings points, moving up 14 spots the World Ranking Standings into 86th place overall with 55.583 total points. Morissette ranks 73rd overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 49.678 points earned so far this season.
