Cissi Ostlund (Karlstad, SWE) won 6-4 over Isabella Wrana (Stockholm, SWE) in the Final Ostlund advanced directly to the championship game after finishing first in the preliminary round. of the Swedish National Championship, held January 27 - 31, 2016 in Pitea, Sweden.

In their opening game, Ostlund defeated Tova Sundberg (Ostersund, SWE) 6-4, then won 5-2 against Wrana and 7-6 against Anna Hasselborg (Stockholm, SWE). Ostlund won 6-5 against Karin Rudstrom (Gavle, SWE), then won 7-3 against Towe Lundman (Uppsala, SWE) and 9-2 against Margaretha Sigfridsson (Sundsvall, SWE). In their next game, Ostlund plays.
