Lauren Gray (Stirling, SCO) lost 8-4 to Eve Muirhead (Perth, SCO) in the Final of the Go Coco Scottish Curling Championships, held February 13 - 20, 2016 in Perth, Scotland.
 
Gray finished 4-3 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Gray defeated Katie Murray (Stirling, SCO) 8-5, then won 8-4 against Gina Aitken (Edinburgh, SCO) and 7-4 against Karina Aitken (Edinburgh, SCO). Gray went on to lose 5-3 against Muirhead. Gray lost 10-4 to Lesley Young (Forfar, SCO) where Gray responded with a 8-3 win over Sophie Jackson (Dumfries, SCO). Gray went on to lose 8-7 against Hannah Fleming (Lockerbie, SCO) in their final qualifying round match.
 
With their runner-up finish at the Go Coco Scottish Curling Championships, Gray take home 19.124 world rankings points. For week 27 of the event schedule, Gray did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Gray ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
