Isabella Wrana (Stockholm, SWE) lost 7-6 to Therese Westman (Stockholm, SWE) in the Final of the Swedish Junior Championship, held January 2 - 5, 2016 in Umea, Sweden.

Wrana finished 3-0 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Wrana defeated Greta Aurell (Harnosands, SWE) 9-4, then won 4-1 against Ida Backvid (Harnosand, SWE) and 6-2 against Linnea Svedberg (Ostersund, SWE) in their final qualifying round match.
