In their opening game, Galusha lost 8-7 to Shannon Kleibrink (Okotoks, AB), then responded with a 7-6 win over Julie Tippin (Woodstock, ON). Galusha went on to lose 9-4 against Hannah Fleming (Lockerbie, SCO). Galusha lost 8-0 to Joelle Brown (Winnipeg, MB) in their final qualifying round match.
