Silvana Tirinzoni (Aarau PwC, SUI) lost 5-1 to Kelsey Rocque (Edmonton, AB) in the Final of the CCT Uiseong Masters, held March 4 - 11, 2016 in Uiseong, Korea.

Tirinzoni finished 4-0 in the 10-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Tirinzoni defeated Ji Suk Kim (JeonBuk, KOR) 8-4, then won 6-3 against Allison Flaxey (Caledon, ON) and 7-3 against Ayumi Ogasawara (Sapporo, JPN). Tirinzoni won 6-3 against Rocque in their final qualifying round match.

With their runner-up finish at the CCT Uiseong Masters, Tirinzoni take home 37.270 world rankings points along with the $37,724CDN prize, remaining in 5th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with a net gain of 11.093 after improving upon their best so far this season. Tirinzoni ranks 3rd overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 349.657 points earned so far this season.
