Diane Gushulak (Vancouver , BC) qualified for the 2016 Hub International Crown of Curling playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 7-2 against Karla Thompson (Kamloops, BC).
 
Gushulak finished 3-2 in the 20-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Gushulak defeated Cristin Clark (Seattle, USA) 4-2, then went on to lose 5-4 against Thompson. Gushulak lost 9-3 to Satsuki Fujisawa (Kitami, JPN) where Gushulak responded with a 8-2 win over Maria Baksheeva (Saint-Petersburg, RUS). Gushulak won 5-3 against 's Suji Kim in their final qualifying round match.
 
Gushulak earned 13.619 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the Hub International Crown of Curling, moving up 4 spots the World Ranking Standings into 43rd place overall with 98.466 total points.
