Foster responded with a 7-3 win over Debbie Moss (Yellowknife, NT). Foster won 5-3 against Peggy Taylor (Kenora, NONT). Foster went on to lose 6-4 against Leslie Grant (Whitehorse, YK) in their final qualifying round match.
