Tyler Tardi (Langley, BC) qualified for the 2016 Cloverdale Cash Spiel playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 9-8 against Adam Cseke (Kelowna, BC). of the 2016 Cloverdale Cash Spiel in Surrey, British Columbia;

Tardi finished 3-1 in the 17-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Tardi defeated Darryl Horsman (Tempe, USA) 11-2, then won 11-5 against Bob Smallwood (Whitehorse, YK). Tardi went on to lose 5-4 against John Shoesmith (Seattle, USA). Tardi responded with a 5-4 win over Matthew McCrady (New Westminster, BC) in their final qualifying round match.
