Bryce lost 5-4 to Grant Hardie (Dumfries, SCO) where Bryce responded with a 8-4 win over Stuart Taylor (Forfar, SCO). Bryce won 9-4 against Martin Uhd Gronbech (Hvidovre, DEN). Bryce went on to lose 7-3 against 's Ewan MacDonald in their final qualifying round match.
