Fox/MacDonald finished 3-2 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Fox/MacDonald defeated Melodie Forsythe/Tim Forsythe (Moncton, NB) 7-6, then went on to lose 10-1 against Camilla Vautour/Glenn Daigle (Rexton, NB). Fox/MacDonald responded with a 7-3 win over Julia Ankenmann/Marc Ankenmann (Rexton, NB). Fox/MacDonald went on to lose 11-4 against Kathleen Trites/Morris Carter (Sackville, NB). Fox/MacDonald responded with a 7-6 win over Bernice Ryan/Howard McLaren (Rexton, NB) in their final qualifying round match.
