Nowlan won 9-3 against Sarah Mallais (Saint John, NB), then won 5-2 against Melissa Adams (Fredericton, NB) in their final qualifying round match.

Nowlan earned 6.630 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the WFG Jim Sullivan Curling Classic, moving up 138 spots the World Ranking Standings into 189th place overall with 6.630 total points.
