To advance to the championship game, Loreth won 7-0 over Taylor McIntyre (Winnipeg, MB) in the semifinals of the 2016 Thistle Integrity Stakes in Winnipeg, Manitoba; and won 7-4 over Rob Atkins (Winnipeg, MB) in the quarterfinals. of the 2016 Thistle Integrity Stakes in Winnipeg, Manitoba;
 
Loreth finished 4-1 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Loreth defeated Ray Baker (Dauphin, MB) 6-5, then went on to lose 7-1 against McIntyre. Loreth responded with a 7-1 win over Atkins. Loreth won 5-0 against William Kuran (Winnipeg, MB), then won 7-4 against Dennis Bohn (Winnipeg, MB) in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Thistle Integrity Stakes Championship title, Loreth earned 17.485 world rankings points along with the $1,300CDN first prize cheque, moving up 11 spots the World Ranking Standings into 77th place overall with 73.018 total points. Loreth ranks 52nd overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 56.022 points earned so far this season.
