Heath McCormick (Blaine, USA) 5-3, then went on to lose 7-3 against Marc Pfister (Adelboden, SUI). Krell lost 6-2 to Ontario's Codey Maus where Krell responded with a 3-1 win over Mark Kean (Kitchener-Waterloo, ON). Krell went on to lose 9-6 against McCormick in their final qualifying round match.
 
Krell earned 1.404 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. For week 11 of the event schedule, Krell did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Krell ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
