Ryan McCrady (Ottawa, ON) qualified for the 2016 NAVY Fall Classic Open Bonspiel playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 7-4 against Samantha Peters (Ottawa, ON). of the 2016 NAVY Fall Classic Open Bonspiel in Ottawa, Ontario;

McCrady finished 3-1 in the 18-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, McCrady defeated Stephen Watson (Ottawa, ON) 7-2, then went on to lose 7-5 against Dave Stanley (Russell, ON). McCrady responded with a 9-4 win over Catherine Derick (Buckingham, QC). McCrady won 7-4 against Rhys Allen (Manotick, ON) in their final qualifying round match.

McCrady earned 4.106 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the NAVY Fall Classic Open Bonspiel, moving up 4 spots the World Ranking Standings into 97th place overall with 34.898 total points. McCrady ranks 86th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 6.496 points earned so far this season.
