Graham Powell (Grande Prarie, AB) run at the 2017 Peace Tour Championship came to an end in the semifinals with a 9-2 loss to Kurt Balderston (Grande Prairie, AB).

Powell finished 2-0 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Powell defeated Balderston 5-4, then won 5-4 against Colin Griffith (Grande Prairie, AB) in their final qualifying round match.
