Brett Barber (Biggar, SK) finished 3-1 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Barber defeated Jolene Campbell (Regina, SK) 10-7, then won 9-6 against Mandy Selzer (Balgonie, SK). Barber went on to lose 7-4 against Penny Barker (Moose Jaw, SK). Barber responded with a 6-5 win over Selzer in their final qualifying round match.

With their runner-up finish at the Sask Viterra Women's Challenge, Barber take home 8.250 world rankings points. For week 17 of the event schedule, Barber did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Barber ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
