Cody Tanaka (New Westminster, BC) 9-4, then went on to lose 6-1 against Stephen Schneider (New Westminster, BC). Guignard lost 7-6 to Ron Leech (Maple Ridge, BC) where Guignard responded with a 9-4 win over Tanaka. Guignard won 9-3 against Leech in their final qualifying round match.
 
Guignard earned 5.801 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the BC Men's - Lower Mainland Playdown. For week 17 of the event schedule, Guignard did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points.
