Leech won 7-6 against Jeff Guignard (Vancouver, BC). Leech went on to lose 11-7 against Andrew Bilesky (New Westminster, BC). Leech lost 9-3 to Guignard in their final qualifying round match.

Leech earned 1.024 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins, moving up 29 spots the World Ranking Standings into 401st place overall with 2.742 total points. Leech ranks 327th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 1.024 points earned so far this season.
