Thomas Dunlop (Stonewall, MB) won 7-6 over Brett Walter (Winnipeg, MB) in the Final of the Don Baldwin Memorial MJCT Men, held April 14 - 15, 2017 in Winnipeg, Manitoba. To advance to the championship game, Dunlop won 9-2 over JT Ryan (Winnipeg, MB) in the semifinals
 
Dunlop finished 2-2 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Dunlop defeated Justin Fontaine (Winnipeg, MB) 10-5, then won 5-3 against Jack Hykaway (Winnipeg, MB). Dunlop went on to lose 4-3 against Walter. Dunlop lost 6-4 to Josh Maisey (Winnipeg Beach, MB) in their final qualifying round match.
