Braenden went on to lose 6-1 against Jorgen Myran (Oppdal, NOR). Braenden responded with a 6-0 win over Stig Hoiberg (Oppdal, NOR) in their final qualifying round match.

Braenden earned 1.924 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins, moving up 71 spots the World Ranking Standings into 444th place overall with 2.944 total points. Braenden ranks 392nd overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 2.119 points earned so far this season.
