Waterhouse went on to lose 8-1 against Kelly Marnoch (Carberry, MB). Waterhouse lost 9-8 to Steve Irwin (Brandon, MB) where Waterhouse responded with a 7-2 win over Duane Lang (Brandon, MB). Waterhouse went on to lose 7-4 against Jerry Chudley (Brandon, MB) in their final qualifying round match.
