In their opening game, McCrady defeated Tyler Proctor (New Westminster, BC) 7-4, then won 7-4 against Kyle Habkirk (Victoria, BC). McCrady went on to lose 4-3 against Hayato Sato (New Westminster, BC). McCrady responded with a 13-4 win over Colin Anderson (Grand Forks, BC). McCrady won 7-6 against Tyler Tardi (Langley, BC), then won 8-6 against Jordan Kiss (New Westminster, BC) and 8-7 against Thomas Love (Vernon, BC) in their final qualifying round match.
