Julie Tippin (Woodstock, ON) finished 3-1 in the 11-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Tippin defeated Katie Moreau (Penetanguishene, ON) 8-4, then won 6-5 against Mallory Kean (Kitchener-Waterloo, ON). Tippin went on to lose 7-2 against Jacqueline Harrison (Mississauga, ON). Tippin responded with a 9-1 win over Kean in their final qualifying round match.

With their runner-up finish at the Ontario Scotties - West Qualifier, Tippin take home 12.859 world rankings points. For week 18 of the event schedule, Tippin did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Tippin ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
