Owen Purdy (Niagara Falls, ON) is set to play Daniel Del Conte (Hamilton, ON) in the Final of the Thames Valley U18 Boys Spiel, held December 2 - 4, 2016 in London, Ontario.

Purdy responded with a 6-1 win over Del Conte. Purdy went on to lose 6-1 against Sam Mooibroek (Kitchener-Waterloo, ON). Purdy responded with a 9-4 win over Jayden King (London, ON) in their final qualifying round match.
