In their opening game, Gyles defeated Lindsay Hudyma (Vancouver, BC) 10-9, then went on to lose 6-3 against Kim Slattery (Vernon, BC). Gyles lost 7-4 to Sarah Wark (Chilliwack, BC). Gyles lost 7-6 to Hudyma in their final qualifying round match.
