Kleibrink responded with a 11-5 win over Marla Mallett (Maple Ridge, BC). Kleibrink went on to lose 11-10 against Mary Mattatall (Windsor, NS). Kleibrink responded with a 6-4 win over Robyn MacPhee (Charlottetown, PEI). Kleibrink went on to lose 4-3 against Kerry Galusha (Yellowknife, NT). Kleibrink lost 7-4 to Chelsea Carey (Calgary, CAN) in their final qualifying round match.

Kleibrink earned 10.806 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. For week 28 of the event schedule, Kleibrink did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points.
