In their opening game, Englot defeated Eve Belisle (Montreal, QC) 7-6, then won 8-5 against Penny Barker (Moose Jaw, SK) and 9-4 against Kerry Galusha (Yellowknife, NT). Englot won 10-5 against Stacie Curtis (St. Johns, NL), then won 8-7 against Krista McCarville (Thunder Bay, NONT) and 9-5 against Shannon Kleibrink (Okotoks, AB). Englot went on to lose 8-7 against Chelsea Carey (Calgary, CAN). Englot responded with a 10-2 win over Robyn MacPhee (Charlottetown, PEI). Englot won 8-3 against Mary Mattatall (Windsor, NS), then won 7-2 against Marla Mallett (Maple Ridge, BC) and 9-5 against Homan in their final qualifying round match.

With their runner-up finish at the Scotties Tournament of Hearts, Englot take home 47.548 world rankings points.
