Wrana finished 7-2 in the 10-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Wrana defeated Misaki Tanaka (Aomorishi, JPN) 9-2, then won 8-7 against Kristen Streifel (Edmonton, CAN) and 10-1 against Maria Baksheeva (Moscow, RUS). Wrana went on to lose 6-5 against Jackson. Wrana responded with a 9-2 win over Dilsat Yildiz (Eruzurum, TUR). Wrana won 10-4 against Joo Linda (Budapest, HUN), then won 7-4 against Min Ji Kim (Songhyeon, KOR). Wrana went on to lose 8-4 against Annmarie Dubberstein (Blaine, USA). Wrana responded with a 6-4 win over Selina Witschonke (Luzern, SUI) in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the World Junior Women's Championship Championship title, Wrana earned 27.232 world rankings points. For week 28 of the event schedule, Wrana did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Wrana ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
