Kristen Streifel (Edmonton, CAN) finished 6-3 in the 10-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Streifel defeated Joo Linda (Budapest, HUN) 8-1, then went on to lose 8-7 against Isabella Wrana (Stockholm, SWE). Streifel responded with a 7-5 win over Selina Witschonke (Luzern, SUI). Streifel won 8-6 against Dilsat Yildiz (Eruzurum, TUR), then won 7-4 against Min Ji Kim (Songhyeon, KOR) and 8-3 against Maria Baksheeva (Moscow, RUS). Streifel went on to lose 10-1 against Misaki Tanaka (Aomorishi, JPN). Streifel lost 8-5 to Sophie Jackson (Stirling, SCO) where Streifel responded with a 9-3 win over Annmarie Dubberstein (Blaine, USA) in their final qualifying round match.

Streifel earned 16.534 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the World Junior Women's Championship. For week 28 of the event schedule, Streifel did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points.
