Kubeskova lost 9-3 to Rachel Homan (Ottawa, CAN) where Kubeskova responded with a 5-3 win over Daniela Jentsch (Fuessen, GER). Kubeskova went on to lose 7-6 against Eve Muirhead (Stirling, SCO) in their final qualifying round match.
