Kim won 8-7 against Lene Nielsen (Hvidovre, DEN). Kim went on to lose 7-6 against Bingyu Wang (Harbin, CHN). Kim lost 9-8 to Rachel Homan (Ottawa, CAN) where Kim responded with a 10-6 win over Eve Muirhead (Stirling, SCO). Kim won 10-3 against Anna Kubeskova (Prague, CZE). Kim went on to lose 6-5 against Anna Hasselborg (Stockholm, SWE). Kim lost 5-4 to Nina Roth (Blaine, USA) where Kim responded with a 9-8 win over Alina Paetz (Zurich, SUI) in their final qualifying round match.
 
Kim earned 13.383 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. For week 32 of the event schedule, Kim did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Kim ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
