Brown lost 8-5 to Todd Birr (Blaine, MN). Brown lost 5-3 to Alex Leichter (Boston, MA) where Brown responded with a 8-4 win over Darryl Sobering (Denver, CO) in their final qualifying round match.

Brown earned 17.673 world rankings points for their Top 4 finish in the USA Men's National Curling Championship, remaining in 25th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with a net gain of 9.235 after improving upon their best so far this season. Brown ranks 26th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 139.547 points earned so far this season.
