In their opening game, Ferland defeated Mathieu Beaufort (Sorel-Tracy, QC) 9-2, then won 8-2 against Mathieu Drapeau (Drummondville, QC) and 8-4 against Marc-Andre Chartrand (Noranda, QC). Ferland won 8-1 against Benoit Vezeau (Montreal, QC), then won 9-5 against Steven Munroe (Levis, QC) and 10-5 against Michael Fournier (Montreal, QC). Ferland went on to lose 6-5 against Menard. Ferland lost 8-4 to Pierre-Luc Morissette (Quebec, QC) where Ferland responded with a 7-6 win over Jean-Sebastien Roy (Thurso, QC) in their final qualifying round match.

With their runner-up finish at the Quebec Tankard, Ferland take home 12.375 world rankings points. For week 22 of the event schedule, Ferland did not improve upon their best events, dropping from 201st to 207th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with 19.115 total points.
