Morris finished 3-0 in the 12-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Morris defeated Tom Buchy (Kimberley, BC) 9-2, then won 8-6 against Andrew Bilesky (New Westminster, BC) and 9-0 against Sean Geall (Kelowna, BC) in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the BC belairdirect Mens Provincials Championship title, Morris earned 16.783 world rankings points. For week 26 of the event schedule, Morris did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points.
