Ryan Wiebe (Winnipeg, MB) run at the 2017 Teulon MJCT Men came to an end in the semifinals with a 4-3 loss to Joshua Friesen (Morris, MB).
 
Wiebe finished 3-1 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Wiebe defeated Jordan Peters (Morris, MB) 1-0, then won 4-3 against Weston Oryniak (Winnipeg, MB). Wiebe went on to lose 4-1 against Dustin Pratcshler (La Salle, MB). Wiebe responded with a 8-5 win over Josh Maisey (Winnipeg, MB) in their final qualifying round match.
