In their opening game, Vachon lost 3-2 to Haylee Jameson (Regina, SK), droppimg another game, 9-2 to Kristen Streifel (Edmonton, AB) where Vachon responded with a 10-7 win over Vanessa Murray (Lethbridge, AB). Vachon went on to lose 7-5 against Jameson. Vachon lost 9-4 to Streifel where Vachon responded with a 7-6 win over Murray in their final qualifying round match.
