Edin went on to lose 6-5 against Epping. Edin responded with a 7-4 win over Heath McCormick (Blaine, USA) in their final qualifying round match.

Edin earned 45.371 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the GSOC Tour Challenge Tier 1, remaining in 1st place overall on the World Ranking Standings with 624.798 total points. Edin ranks 1st overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 86.042 points earned so far this season.
