Jacqueline Harrison (Mississauga, ON) qualified for the 2017 GSOC Tour Challenge Tier 1 playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 8-5 against Jennifer Jones (Winnipeg, MB). of the 2017 GSOC Tour Challenge Tier 1 in Regina, Saskatchewan;

Harrison finished 2-2 in the 15-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Harrison defeated Rachel Homan (Ottawa, ON) 7-6, then went on to lose 7-6 against Eve Muirhead (Perth , SCO). Harrison lost 5-4 to Val Sweeting (Edmonton, AB) where Harrison responded with a 6-1 win over Bingyu Wang (Harbin, CHN) in their final qualifying round match.

Harrison earned 32.783 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the GSOC Tour Challenge Tier 1, moving up 1 spots the World Ranking Standings into 9th place overall with 284.062 total points.
