In their opening game, Fleury defeated Rachel Homan (Ottawa, ON) 5-4, then won 8-5 against Kerri Einarson (Winnipeg, MB) and 7-5 against Jacqueline Harrison (Mississauga, ON). Fleury won 7-4 against Michelle Englot (Winnipeg, MB) in their final qualifying round match.
