To advance to the championship game, Roth won 6-4 over Kelsey Rocque (Edmonton, AB) in the semifinals of the 2017 Canad Inns Women's Classic in Portage La Prairie, Manitoba, Canada; and won 8-3 over Jennifer Jones (Winnipeg, MB) in the quarterfinals. of the 2017 Canad Inns Women's Classic in Portage La Prairie, Manitoba, Canada;
 
Roth finished 5-1 in the 32-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Roth defeated Ayumi Ogasawara (Sapporo, JPN) 6-3, then won 6-5 against Silvana Tirinzoni (Aarau, SUI). Roth went on to lose 7-4 against Kerri Einarson (Winnipeg, MB). Roth responded with a 10-4 win over Chantelle Eberle (Regina, SK). Roth won 5-4 against Nadine Scotland (Calgary, AB), then won 9-8 against Einarson in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Canad Inns Women's Classic Championship title, Roth earned 74.326 world rankings points along with the $15,500CDN first prize cheque, moving up 12 spots the World Ranking Standings into 10th place overall with 328.411 total points. Roth ranks 4th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 151.147 points earned so far this season.
