Christopher Doremus (Houston, TX) won 5-3 over Mark Robinson (Pittsburgh, PA) in the Final of the USA Arena National Men's Championship, held April 25 - 30, 2017 in South Bend, Indiana.
 
Doremus finished 3-1 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Doremus defeated Bruce Clingan (Dayton, OH) 10-2, then won 14-3 against Matt Sharkey (Greenville, SC). Doremus went on to lose 7-2 against David Markowski (Roseville, CA). Doremus responded with a 9-4 win over Steve McLeod (St. Louis, MO) in their final qualifying round match.
