Alison Fyfe (Dublin, IRL) finished 4-3 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Fyfe lost
5-4 to Veronica Zappone (Trentino, ITA), then responded with a 10-2 win over Serbia's Dara Gravara-Stojanovic. Fyfe went on to lose 8-5 against Gina Aitken (Stirling, SCO). Fyfe responded with a 7-3 win over Natalie Wiksten (Hvidovre, DEN). Fyfe won 11-4 against Bulgaria's Marina Yaneva, then won 11-2 against Dawn Watson (Hawarden, WAL). Fyfe went on to lose 10-4 against Kristin Moen Skaslien (Oslo, NOR) in their final qualifying round match.
