Anna Kubeskova (Prague, CZE) won 7-6 over Anna Sidorova (Moscow, RUS) in the Final of the International ZO Womens Tournament, held November 10 - 12, 2017 in Wetzikon, Switzerland.
 
Kubeskova finished 3-1 in the 21-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Kubeskova defeated Nora Wuest (Wetzikon, SUI) 6-5, then went on to lose 8-2 against Diana Gaspari (Cortina d'Ampezzo, ITA). Kubeskova responded with a 7-3 win over Madeleine Dupont (Hvidovre, DEN). Kubeskova won 6-2 against Hannah Fleming (Lockerbie, SCO) in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the International ZO Womens Tournament Championship title, Kubeskova earned 30.394 world rankings points along with the $7,673CDN first prize cheque, moving up 4 spots the World Ranking Standings into 36th place overall with 163.189 total points. Kubeskova ranks 37th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 55.438 points earned so far this season.
