Pfister went on to lose 7-6 against Glen Muirhead (Perth, SCO). Pfister lost 7-6 to Alexander Baumann (Baden-Baden, GER) in their final qualifying round match.
 
Pfister earned 1.566 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins, remaining in 30th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with a net gain of 0.203 after improving upon their best so far this season. Pfister ranks 34th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 114.242 points earned so far this season.
