Muirhead lost 6-2 to Alexander Baumann (Baden-Baden, GER) where Muirhead responded with a 7-6 win over Marc Pfister (Adelboden, SUI). Muirhead won 5-2 against Bruce Mouat (Edinburgh, SCO) in their final qualifying round match.
 
Muirhead earned 1.566 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. For week 32 of the event schedule, Muirhead did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Muirhead ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
