Mandy Selzer (Balgonie, SK) run at the 2017 Boundary Ford Curling Classic came to an end in the semifinals with a 8-5 loss to Saskatchewan's Robyn Silvernagle. of the 2017 Boundary Ford Curling Classic in Lloydminster, Alberta, Canada; Selzer advanced through the quarterfinals with a 10-9 win over Brett Barber (Biggar, SK).
 
Selzer finished 3-2 in the 14-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Selzer lost 8-5 to Alberta's Deanne Nichol, then responded with a 7-5 win over Teryn Hamilton (Calgary, AB). Selzer went on to lose 10-4 against Saskatchewan's Robyn Silvernagle. Selzer responded with a 7-4 win over Nola Zingel (Lloydminster, AB). Selzer won 10-3 against Alberta's Deanne Nichol in their final qualifying round match.
 
Selzer earned 11.614 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the Boundary Ford Curling Classic, moving up 13 spots the World Ranking Standings into 108th place overall with 33.723 total points.
