Sunseok Seo (Seoul, KOR) finished 4-2 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Seo defeated Ivo Hasler (St. Gallen, SUI) 11-3, then won 9-2 against Aileen Neilson (Stirling, SCO). Seo went on to lose 4-3 against Viljo Petersson-Dahl (Stockholm, SWE). Seo lost 5-4 to Radoslav Duris (Bratislava, SVK) where Seo responded with a 6-4 win over Eric Decorvet (Lausanne, SUI). Seo won 11-4 against Andrea Tabanelli (Perugia, ITA) in their final qualifying round match.
