Gina Aitken/Bruce Mouat (Stirling, SCO) won 9-4 over Ildiko Szekeres/Gyeorgy Nagy (Budapest, HUN) in the Final of the Slovakia Mixed Doubles Curling Cup, held March 8 - 11, 2018 in Bratislava, Slovakia. To advance to the championship game, Aitken/Mouat won 12-5 over Naceradska/Radek Bohac (Prague, CZE) in the semifinals of the 2018 Slovakia Mixed Doubles Curling Cup in Bratislava, Slovakia; and won 6-2 over Silvia Sykorova/Marek Sykora (Bratislava, SVK) in the quarterfinals.
 
Aitken/Mouat finished 5-0 in the 20-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Aitken/Mouat defeated Slavka Zubercova/ Jurkovic (Bratislava, SVK) 11-4, then won 13-3 against Agnieszka Paszek/Michal Paszek (Lodz, POL) and 8-2 against Marta Kubak/Sebastian Lichy (Warsaw, POL). Aitken/Mouat won 6-4 against Daniela Matulova/Milan Moravcik (Bratislava, SVK), then won 7-3 against Sandrine Morand/Romain Borini (Megeve, FRA) in their final qualifying round match.
